		<description>Have you updated the rom to the latest AKU2 version? Do a search on my site (or have a look at the related entries section over to the right) to find my write up on it. The AKU2 update provides a massive speed boost over the out-of-the-box rom.

If you don&#039;t fancy flashing your rom, there&#039;s a registry tweak you can do to enable a small cache; this should speed things up a bit too. The rom update is your best bet though.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m finding my Vario unbearably slow.  Only been using it a week or so but just launching Tasks can take several seconds.  I used to have the MDA III which launched programs instantly.

Tried your ActiveSync thing but doesn&#039;t seem to be my problem.  How fast is launching apps on yours?  And do you Sync with Outlook on a PC?
