Other video games will be going into films with Far Cry,Hunter:The Reckoning and Fear Effect also Halo, Devil May Cry,Spy Hunter and Hitman. Hong Kong director Stanley Tony and Mindfire Entertainment will be making the movie based on Edios Fear Effect series. Virtua Fighter would make the movie loosey based on games with the casting ideas of Jackie Chan as Lau,also Larry Kasanoff and Threshold are working on Mortal Kombat 3 and to get the ideas on Capcom's Darkstalkers series. Especially if you completely ignore the title and just view it as a mutant cannibal miners attack National Guard movie. Thinking about it, it could be the first mutant cannibal miners attack National Guard movie ever. The start of a whole new horror sub-genre. Or it may spawn a Sky pseudo-documentary series "When Mutant Cannibal Miners Attack". Who knows....maybe great things will come.
