  • Verdict on Leicester’s new Cinema De Lux: nice place. Very comfy seats, good sound, haven’t tried the food yet. Definitely going again. #
  • Eden Lake: at times deeply unpleasant survival horror, with hoodies instead of mutant cannibals/ psycho rednecks. A little uneven though. #
  • For the first time in my entire existence I have managed to make half decent pancakes. And I have no lemon. Golden Syrup - you’re up! #
  • Tonight’s movie: Prince of Darkness. One of the Adam and Joe shorts at Frightfest mentioned it and I realised somehow I’ve never seen it. #
  • Prince of Darkness: good stuff. Creepy atmosphere, great soundtrack, cool idea. Love the ending too. Makes me wonder what happened to Carp. #
